Just thought I'd throw this out here to get advice. Heading to Delaware next week and looking to play a college football TEAM OVER or Under 8 wins. The team is Virginia Tech and Bud Foster (def coach) has announced this will be his final year. My personal feeling is that fact may be good for 1 win late in the season (another poster clued me into that; I don't feel they will win 8 games during the regular season.
